At AMPS Research, we are firm believers in collaboration to achieve common goals for industry and we have a strong history of collaboration between industry, disciplines and other research organisations.

AMPS Research is extremely proud to collaborate with industry-leading partners, including GRDC, UNE, CSIRO, Birchip Cropping Group, Sydney University, and NSW DPI, on various projects to deliver outcomes for all growers, not just AMPS-affiliated growers in northern NSW.

AMPS Research have collaborated with CSIRO on the GRDC funded Irrigated Wheat Agronomy Project, Birchip Cropping Group for the GRDC funded National Paddock Survey. AMPS Research has successfully delivered projects for GRDC including Impact of frost on planting date.

We also have worked closely with industry groups such as NGA and GOA to ensure that where research activities overlap, such as canola nutrition, we deliver a relatively consistent message to industry and trial coverage throughout the region is not duplicated.

Current projects with the GRDC include the NVT sorghum variety trials, PGR’s in barley, Ri$kWise and the Winter Planter setup Workshops.

Our intensive and extensive trial program means we work closely with breeding companies including (but not limited to) AGT, Intergrain, Longreach, BASF, SeedNet, NuSeed, Pacific Seeds, Pioner, Rebel Seeds and Agmark Marketing. We also collaborate with Mort & Co and Loam Bio.

AMPS Research also offers contract trial work for other companies.

Previous contract trial work has been completed for Kaylex, Syngenta, BASF, Sipcam, Adama, Syngenta, NSW DPI and Kellogg’s.
