AMPS (Agricultural Marketing and Production Systems) was established in 1999 as a new & unique concept in Australian Agriculture. AMPS Agribusiness Group believe a competitive advantage can be gained by growers and end users of agricultural commodities through strategic alliances and business relationships.

The objective of the business involve developing long term domestic & international relationships with suppliers & end users, and pursuing new value adding opportunities.

AMPS has a strategy to develop sustainable and profitable farming systems to support the viability of rural communities and provide agricultural opporutunities for future generations. AMPS Research Inc has been the major focus for this and has provided local growers with valuable production research outcomes for over a decade.

The shareholders and customers of the group represent some of the leading farmers on the Liverpool Plains and have a land base of over 150 000 hectares of irrigated & dry land farming country. The area is well serviced by road & rail infrastructure & is strategically located to the shipping ports of Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane.
